Group Projects

I never realized how hard projects are until I took this class. It takes a lot of time and dedication and patience to get everything done in a timely manner and to get so many different ideas onto paper without sounding like a mess. Especially when it comes down to presenting your project to your peers. We all have to know what we are talking about and what we are going to say without repeating or contradicting one another. Regardless, it was a great learning experience and it's something that I can say I am prepared to handle if the time comes again that I need to work with a team.

More or less, sources say that we are still heading towards a world heavenly dependent on technology and mobile based communication. So I guess nothing really changed? On the plus side that means that IT specialists will be one the lookout for greater and better security for people and business alike. More privacy equals better sleep.

I thought this picture was perfect for today since our guest speaker talked about culture differences. Getting to know ones cultures and others is a great tool in standing out amongst other people. I also think that being cultural diverse, you can save yourself from mishaps like the one in the picture. 

Small talk

It's amazing how writing has evolved over the past century. It's not necessarily about how you express yourself but how you express yourself in 140 characters or less. Imagine if everyone just talked in 140 characters or less with each other, would we even have meaningful conversations anymore? I can barely even get my point across with 140 characters, I need at least 10,000,000,000. That's me exaggerating of course but at times it feels that's how much I need to get my thoughts out.
