Presentation
I thought this picture was funny because it's absolutely true! I'm pretty sure that we have had a teacher or student do one or more of these postures. Presentations are so hard, especially on your first one if you've never done one. You never know where to put your hands or where to look or where to stay. And with my presentation coming up, I hope I don't end up doing any of these. If I were to, I see myself more as a gripper and a reader. Do you do any of these? Did you now notice you do one of these, if so let me know which one!
IQ or EQ?
I remembered reading about Emotional Intelligence(EQ) in connect and never really considered how much it affected the work ethic of others and their self-being. What caught my attention was that EQ has nothing to do with how smart you are but really on personal and social competence. It's something that I think everyone should read considering that how well you communicate with others is something companies look for when hiring.

Moody Businesses
Moods come and go, but they can also be transferred to other people. For example, didn't you use to hate when a customer were rude to you, or when a manager would get after you for something you did that it'd make you mad that you'd unknowingly give attitude to other customers or coworkers. What companies need to understand is that how much stress, bad feedback, and angry customers affect our attitude. By creating a happier working environment, workers are more susceptible to work efficiently and communicate better with customers. Staying positive, relaxed and analytical will help sway the funky moods and make working a lot easier.
